So I did this thing a couple weeks ago. It's called a Dirty Dash and it's crazy. Essentially it's a 5K on steroids where you climb walls, crawl under pipes, race down Slip 'n Slides, and do all sorts of other fun stuff. I've been trying not to sit on my ass in front of a computer all summer and this is was a great way to get down and dirty with a bunch of friends and family.This Particular mud run was hosted at Straddleline ORV park in McCleary. A bunch of our friends and neighbors from Hood Canal were doing the run as well and we all formed a team to compete together. We had a lot of fun with it, dressing up in lace and boas to go with our team name, "Soiled and Spoiled." All of us helped each other through the obstacles and had an absolute blast. It was a great workout and a fantastic mini adventure. One of my favorite days of the summer so far.
